We call it personal training, together. Try it for 21 days and find out how strong you can get.

Eight people. Eight programmes. One coach.
One coach to guide you
Your coach takes you through every session, every movement, and watches your form. Nobody is left to work it out alone.
Eight different programmes
Everyone in the room trains to their own plan. Yours is written for where you are today, then moves on as you do.
Together, in a room of eight
Personal attention, without training alone. Small enough that the coach knows your name and your lifts, big enough to have people to train with.
In their words.
"I just show up, I listen to what she says, and I come feeling really strong."
Nehal. She started lifting heavy with Evelina at Salus to get strong, with a pull-up as the goal. Months in, her friends keep asking what happened to her and what she's doing.
"I feel like I've put in a lot of hard work. I'm gonna be putting a lot more hard work in, but I'm looking forward to this next part of the process."
Dan. Months of steady work with his coach, and now a new phase: building strength.
"It's a group session, so there is a strong sense of community. It's become part of my life, and I couldn't do without it."
Marcella, 58. She came to Salus as a runner who wanted to get fitter. She could not do a pull-up. Now she can do about three, and says it's an achievement.
"Definitely sleeping well. First time in about five years. Regularly before midnight, which is a miracle."
Phill. He has finished the first phase of training with his coach. Asked if he feels healthier, fitter, stronger and happier, he said yes to all four.
"I'm feeling so strong, full of energy, and it's the best choice I've ever made."
Marina. She works in the music industry and used to run 10 to 20K a day. Six months after joining Salus, she says she is stronger and really happy.
Four different session types.
Start at your own level.
START STRONG
New to lifting? This is the same format as LIFT CLUB, taken slower. More time to explain each movement, longer rests, lighter loads, and nobody pushed to lift more each time.
LIFT CLUB
Weights-based strength training, guided by your coach through a structured programme. Compound lifts, functional movements and bodyweight work, with cues and adjustments for your level. Nobody is watching what you lift.
HUMAN
Our most challenging session, taught by Laurence. A longer, more precise warm-up, four rounds instead of three, and a faster pace. Good form comes first.
StrongHER
A closed room, taught by Eva every Sunday, so there is no audience. Weight, tempo and progression are set to your level. Your first session is complimentary.
Nobody is expected to know anything on day one.
Strength training feels intimidating until you do it with a coach beside you. That is the whole idea of a small room.
Before you start.
How does it work?
Leave your details and we message you on WhatsApp with a few quick questions, so we point you at the right session. Then you get your booking link by email.
How much does it cost?
We tell you the price on WhatsApp as soon as you sign up, and it is always clear before you book or pay for anything. If you have a question about cost, ask us there.
I'd rather try a session first.
Women can come to a complimentary StrongHer session on Sundays at 9, 10 or 11am. You are also welcome to book a tour and meet us in person.
Is it safe if I have an injury?
Tell the coach before your first session and they will talk it through with you there.
